4.1 Each eligible player may hold only one (1) registered account on the z777 platform. 4.5 z777 accounts are strictly non-transferable. The sale, transfer, gifting, or assignment of a z777 account — or the funds contained within a z777 account — to any third party is prohibited.
You may request permanent closure of your z777 account at any time by contacting z777 customer support. Before closing your account, all pending bets will be settled and any remaining PKR balance in excess of the minimum withdrawal threshold will be transferred to your verified payment method. Account closure does not affect z777's right to retain records as required by licensing and legal obligations.
5.1 All transactions on the z777 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). z777 does not charge currency conversion fees. The payment methods currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals at z777 include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank, subject to availability and applicable processing terms.
5.2 Deposits: The minimum deposit amount at z777 is Rs 500 (five hundred Pakistani Rupees). z777 does not charge a deposit fee. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to the z777 account balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to the standard processing time of the relevant financial institution.
5.3 Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000 (one thousand Pakistani Rupees). Withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa after all applicable checks are completed. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to the processing times of the receiving financial institution. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification.
5.4 z777 reserves the right to request verification of a player's payment method prior to processing a withdrawal. This may include verification that the payment method is registered in the account holder's own name.
5.5 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into the same z777 account, to the extent technically possible. z777 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks on withdrawal requests.
5.6 z777 reserves the right to reverse or delay a withdrawal in circumstances where a security review, fraud investigation, or bonus wagering requirement verification is pending. z777 will notify the affected player of any such delay.
5.7 Player funds held in z777 accounts are maintained separately from z777's operational capital in accordance with the player fund protection obligations of z777's international gaming licence.

12.1 z777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any z777 account at any time and without prior notice where z777 has reasonable grounds to believe that:
12.2 Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms & Conditions, z777 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance and any winnings generated through prohibited conduct. Genuine deposited funds net of any legitimately forfeitable amounts will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method following the completion of any applicable investigation.
